Weed Mitigation

Volunteers Needed Event: Staunton State Park Weed Mitigation Hike

Staunton State Park needs our help to remove noxious and invasive weeds to keep the meadows thriving! This is our chance to give back! Please sign up to help us at the following dates:

  • May 17, 2025 (10:00 AM to 2:00 PM)

  • July 19, 2025 (10:00 AM to 2:00 PM)

  • September 20, 2025 (10:00 AM to 2:00 PM)

Staunton State Park Fishing Series

Please bring your family and friends and come fishing with us at Staunton State Park! We are asking for a $10.00 donation per teen and adults 16 & older; children under 16 are free. All teens and adults 16 years or older must have a valid fishing license to participate. Fishing equipment and bait are included. Donations can be made by using the donation button under the RSVP button. Please join us for fishing on:

  • June 21, 2025 (10:00 AM to 2:00 PM)

  • August 16, 2025 (10:00 AM to 2:00 PM)
